Job main responsibilities

  • Responsibility for the activities related to the Netting process and in particular:  
    • All activities assigned to the Netting Center
    • The monitoring, reporting, communication and coordination with the GBS of BCN and KL as well as with the in-country Finance, of the monthly activities related to AR reporting and AP reviews in the Netting System
    • The monitoring, reporting and coordination of resolution of intragroup invoices set as “revoked” til settlement, with OCS Centers and in-country finance
    • The Netting Center activites related to the calculation of and to the effective settlements of invoices
    • the steering of parties involved in the Netting process in light of the data, ratio, graphs reported in the Netting Dashboard, including if needed escalation management to Regional CFO, Head of Group Treasury and Group CFO.
  • Take over part of the treasury accounting activities from Group treasury back office, starting by the accountingrelated to Netting activities.

  • Provide support to the team to monitor, report, communicate and coordinate corrective measures related to intragroup loan’s repayment plans, interest payments.

  • Provide support to adjustments in treasury system for drawings under intragroup loans facilities, including corresponding reporting and communication of Deal tickets to in-country finance or OCS organization to ensure proper accounting of intragroup interests. Geographical scope: entire Group.

  • Support to Group Treasury Middle Office and Front Office in the preparation of the quarterly Group Treasury Report
  • Responsible to coordinate, request and administer bank confirmation with external auditors
  • Provide support to design process, select tool and rollout solution to ensure accuracy (vs. bank confirmations), completeness and alignment across systems of the users rights (ebanking, treasury system)
  • Ensure up to date recrds and monitor authorized signatories on the bank accounts worldwide.

Candidate profile requirements

  • University degree in finance and administration (ideal, not a must)
  • 4/5 years' experience ideally in Treasury or other Corporate Finance operational functions
  • Several years of experience in Accounting, ideally treasury transaction
  • Build a strong collaboration with all stakeholders (OCS AR, OCS AP, In Country Finance, Group/GoE Controlling, Group/GoE Tax,…)
  • Ideally previous experience in GBS environment.
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Autobank);
  • Experience with Treasury Management System (ideally Coupa Treasury) and e-banking solutions, as users and ideally as administrator of user rights,
  • Detail-oriented and high degree of comfort in analytics
  • High degree of proven Loyalty in protection of confidential transiting via Treasury organisation
  • Natural ease in building strong network for efficient and seamless coordination with other departments
  • Fluent English required, multilingual is a plus
