Omyaset, with its specifically designed particle size distribution, improves particle packing and reduces viscosity. This reduces resin demand, providing an excellent balance of total cost optimization and final compound properties.

Engineered to meet the lightweighting requirements of the polymer industry, Omyasphere 900 Series are hollow glass microspheres, derived from soda lime borosilicate glass, which are chemically inert and water-resistant.

 

These spherical, hermetic microspheres have low density, high compressive strength and high brightness. Omyasphere not only helps reduce weight, it also makes application easier, lowers transportation costs and improves performance.
