Head of Group Sustainability Reporting & Engagement

Responsibilites

  • Lead Corporate Sustainability Reporting and ensure successful adoption throughout Omya
  • Ensure Sustainability data collection & validation aligned with external requirements and Omya Strategy
  • Recommend enhancements to stay ahead of evolving reporting requirements and contribute to data quality and process improvement initiatives
  • Promote and coordinate Sustainability communication and engagement internally and externally
  • Promote the concept of Sustainability within Omya business units
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple Omya locations as well as external partners

 

Qualifications

  • Degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business Administration or similar
  • Min. 5 years of experience in Sustainability, Reporting, Compliance, Audit or Assurance
  • Familiar with reporting standards and guidelines (eg: GRI, CSRD, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 18001, IFRS Sustainability Disclosure Standards and others)
  • Experience with tools such as SAP and Intelex. CDP is an advantage.
  • Self driven, proactive mindset, good business sense
  • Fluent in English, additional languages are beneficial
  • Readiness to travel up to 20%
