The position is technically and industrially rooted and offers a great deal of freedom for those who enjoy combining analysis and practical work in plants. You will have a central role in the development, testing, and scaling up of new products and processes, with direct impact on a competitive and future-oriented industry.

Job tasks

Plan and carry out pilot and full-scale trials in collaboration with international professional environments
Responsibility at the start-up of new products and process lines
Identify and implement measures for better operations, resource utilization, and stability
Document results and translate them into industrial practice
Central role in further developing innovative concepts into robust production processes in full-scale operation
Qualifications
Master's degree in mineral production, chemical process technology, or equivalent
Experience from process industry, pilot plants, or production environments is an advantage
Ability to drive projects forward while collaborating well with the organization
Proficient in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
