Description

As the Salesforce Sales Cloud Specialist, you will be the point of contact for our global key users and digital team, ensuring seamless operation and continuous improvement within our Salesforce Sales Cloud environment. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the adoption of best practices and empowering business users to elevate our sales capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Demand Management: Review of incoming user demands, reassign or provide support on Sales Cloud related Demands. Leading business qualification meetings to drive change requests and projects further.

Release Management: Coordination of the release scope within the team. Support business in business testing or organize user acceptance testing for new developments. Communication of released changes/projects to key User and user network.  

Reports and Dashboards: Support in global reports and dashboard creation and maintenance.  Cleanse and keep Reports and Dashboard folders clean in coordination with Key user network. 

Training material and provision: Creation and maintenance of training materials related to our sales processes and regular training provision, mainly to the sales key user network but also to End-user if necessary. 

Key User Management: Develop and maintain a robust Key User network, fostering a collaborative environment for knowledge sharing and feedback gathering. Provide ongoing training and support for Key Users, empowering them to act as champions for the Sales Cloud platform within their teams.

User Management: Oversee the user lifecycle within Sales Cloud, managing user creation, access control and permissions assignments.

 

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud, preferably in a global B2B enterprise environment.
  • Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant certification required.
  • Strong understanding of key user management principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Any other language is a plus.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with various teams.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset. 
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, including its core features, configuration options and administration tasks such as user management, profiles and permission sets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience with SAP and data migration tools, techniques, and API integrations (e.g., MuleSoft) is a plus.
