We are looking for an experienced DTX Portfolio Manager to oversee the strategic alignment, governance, and execution of our digital transformation project portfolio. This role plays a crucial part in optimizing project sequencing, resource utilization, and value delivery across the organization, ensuring efficiency and business impact.

Main Responsibilities:
- Portfolio Management: Work with Business Engagement Teams and Regional Service Delivery Managers to align the project portfolio with corporate strategy, ensuring continuous prioritization and value delivery.
- ServiceNow PPM Ownership: Act as the subject matter expert, managing system configuration, performance tracking, and adoption across teams.
- Reporting & Dashboards: Develop real-time, data-driven insights to support leadership decision-making and optimize project execution.
- Project Prioritization & Resource Allocation: Ensure projects are launched at the right time with the necessary resources, collaborating with Capacity Managers and Business Engagement Managers.
- Data Quality & KPI Monitoring: Maintain data integrity across the portfolio, defining and tracking key performance indicators to drive improvements.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for project managers and senior leaders, fostering transparent communication and collaboration.
- Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to best practices, governance frameworks, and compliance standards.
- Change Management & Risk Mitigation: Lead process adoption, introduce improvements, and manage portfolio risks to maintain delivery timelines and value realization.
- Risk Identification & Mitigation: Identify and manage portfolio-level risks. Propose mitigation strategies and ensure follow-through to protect delivery timelines and value realization.
- Professional Development & Coaching: Guide and mentor project managers in reporting quality, data usage, and best practices. Encourage a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the project community.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, science, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in portfolio management, with strong autonomy in leading diverse project portfolios.
- Expert-level proficiency in ServiceNow PPM, including dashboard creation, system configuration, and performance tracking.
- Strong background in resource planning, project prioritization, and operational delivery.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze KPIs and ServiceNow data to drive portfolio improvements.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Solid understanding of project governance frameworks and compliance standards.
- Project Management certification (PMP, Prince2, etc.).
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel (5-10%).
